Watts Industries has acquired Austroflex
We announced that on June 28th Watts Industries has acquired Austroflex Rohr- Isoliersysteme GmbH.
Austroflex, located in Gödersdorf, Austria is a manufacturer of pre insulated flexible pipe systems for district heating and solar applications, under floor heating systems as well as a full program for tubeand aluminum sheet insulation for a wide range of pre-insulated special purpose solutions for the heating and ventilation industry.
Austroflex provides Watts with a range of complementary products to our existing Microflex product range of pre-insulated pipes which will allow us to offer a broader product line to our existing Wholesale and OEM customer base.
